Salah satu resolusi gw tahun 2014 ini adalah tekad menyelesaikan membaca Alkitab selama 1 tahun.
Resolusi yang ga pernah gw genapin sampai selesai di tahun-tahun sebelumnya.
Tapi sepanjang tahun 2013 kemarin, gw baru sadar kalau banyak banget bagian Alkitab yang sebenarnya adalah nasihat hidup paling abadi sepanjang masa dan itu ditulis oleh Tuhan kita sendiri melalui hamba-Nya
Dan akan lebih seru lagi pastinya kalau bisa baca secara urut sehingga tahu sejarah hidup manusia dari Kejadian sampai Wahyu....
Nah, kalo gw sering baca novel2 bagus, buku2 kepemimpinan bagus, nah kenapa gw ga mulai dari buku dasar yang seharusnya jadi pegangan hidup gw kan?
Gw mulai perjalanan ini dengan menggunakan One Year Bible yang diprogram oleh Program Bible dari You Version.com. karena caranya sangat mudah, tinggal gw open program membacanya dan ikutin deh bagian2 Alkitab yang jadi jatah 1 hari. Simple and easy... Dan bersyukur 12 hari ini gw bisa lakukan teratur dan semoga betul2 kesampean deh resolusi yang satu ini... (malu juga kalo ga berhasil juga... mohon doanya)
Kenapa gw jadi pengen buat blog soal itu?
karena gw mulai nemuin beberapa hal baru setelah gw membacanya. ada hal2 yang menggelitik rasa ingin tahu gw sama seperti kalau gw baca buku2 novel or kepemimpinan or lainnya yg gw baca. dan yang pasti nasihat yang diberikan itu jauh lebih lama daripada semua buku2 itu... makanya gw ga mungkin simpen apa yg gw dapat itu sendirian, pastinya gw pengen banyak orang bisa dapat nasihat-nasihat hidup itu
gw sih berharap ini bisa bermanfaat yah buat yang membacanya sama seperti gw dapat manfaat dari perjalanan gw membaca Alkitab ini

One of my resolution in 2014 is my determination to finish reading Bible in one year
this is the resolution I never finished in the years before, so I'm very determined to it.
Why, during 2013 I just realized that many parts of the Bible is the eternal life advice for mankind and it is written by our God through His servants all the years.
And if we can read it in sequence, what a great journey we would have because we are reading the long history of mankind from Genesis to Revelation.
Because lately, I love to read good novel, good leadership book, ets, why I have not yet started the basic book that should become my foundation in life?
So I start this journey by using One Year Bible from Bible App from YouVersiondotcom because it is very simple and easy, I just click the program and then they showed which part of the Bible I should read, then I just followed one reading to another.. I'm glad I am able to continue in these 12 days and I hope I can doi it regularly until the program is finished (I hope you would pray for me too)
Next question, why suddenly I want to make a blog about it?
Because during these 12 days, I found new lessons I never thought before, some interesting things that makes me wonder or question or even just want to share because it is soooo beautiful
and one thing for sure, if there's lesson for life, the verses is the advice that has been given loooong time ago and if it's still work until now, isn't it amazing. and for that, I can't keep it for my self, I have to share it so more people will know and learn and do what it said.
I do really hope that this is will be a good benefit to anyone who read it, like I do
